Permanently remove your IBoatel account directly from the mobile application. Follow these steps:
Open the IBoatel mobile app
Go to Settings → Profile
Tap Delete Account at the bottom
Review the information and confirm your request
Verify your identity (OTP / email) – deletion starts immediately
Processing time: typically 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is permanently removed.
Deleted accounts cannot be restored. Some transaction records may be retained for legal obligations.

Account Ownership Verification
To protect your account from unauthorized requests, IBoatel verifies the identity of the account owner before processing any deletion request.
- Request must be submitted using the same email or phone number linked to your account.
- You may be asked to verify via OTP, registered contact, or other account-related info.
- Unverified requests may be declined for security reasons.
After Your Request
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Profile, addresses, uploaded files, and authentication data are permanently removed.
Data Retention
Transaction, invoice, fraud prevention, and legal compliance records may be retained for a limited period as required by law.
Payment details are never stored directly by IBoatel – they are securely processed through Stripe.
